We currently cannot accept payments earlier than 2 weeks prior to the payment being due.

We can only accept the exact payment amount. Once your loan is transferred to the servicing company, you will be able to make additional payments to them.
We do not have the ability for you to set up auto-pay. You can reach out to your new servicing company for questions on how to set up auto-pay.
